I’m most satisfied when a client finds relief from acute or chronic musculoskeletal pain or avoids surgery. What I enjoy most about physiotherapy is the combination of both the therapist’s and client’s awareness and scientific knowledge. I develop my perception through tai chi exercises, which is a long-time passion of mine, a tool for my health, and an inspiration for helping my clients.

I like working manually with soft tissues and joints but also use modern exercise methods supported by scientific studies. I’m particularly interested in „chain issues,“ which involve finding the cause of problems that may be distant from the pain site. My approach includes techniques such as fascial manipulation from the Italian Stecco concept, manual medicine by Karel Lewit, and exercises based on Robin McKenzie’s methods. I am also a certified McKenzie therapist, which is currently the most scientifically supported physiotherapy method for addressing disc herniations, meniscus tears, chronic tendon changes, or osteoarthritic joint conditions.  

I am constantly educating myself, and as an anatomy and physiology lecturer (at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering at CTU), I pass on my knowledge to my students. My dream is to refine and enhance the once-popular Swiss concept of Dr. Alois Brügger with modern physiotherapy insights.
